Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Alif RCM Solutions (www.alifrcmsolutions.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (as a student, internship applicant, job seeker, or website visitor, referred to as “Candidate”, “Student”, “You”) and Alif RCM Solutions (“Alif RCM”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”).

Important Notice: By submitting an internship application, registering for licensing exam support, applying for open jobs, or contacting our team, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, or registering through our Website, social channels, or training portals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific enrollment guidelines issued by Alif RCM.

If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years in India and the UAE), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Who We Are & What We Offer

Alif RCM Solutions operates as a specialized Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) service provider and training academy headquartered in Kochi, Kerala (India) with active presence and partnerships across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Our platform and academic services include:

  • UAE Medical Coding Internship Program: Live, hands-on training under seasoned UAE mentors, real-world case studies, and live EHR software simulation.

  • UAE Healthcare Licensing & Exam Support: Dedicated guidance for DHA (Dubai Health Authority), DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi), and MOH (Ministry of Health UAE) licensing, DataFlow Primary Source Verification assistance, credential auditing, and Prometric exam bookings.

  • AAPC / CPC Examination Preparation: Structured curriculum, test-taking strategies, and mentorship for medical coding certifications.

  • Career & Placement Support: ATS-compliant healthcare resume optimization, 1-on-1 mock interviews, soft-skills training, and referrals to hiring healthcare networks in India and the UAE.

  • Direct Job Applications: Job portal for junior medical billers, medical coders, and RCM specialists.

3. Student & Candidate Eligibility

To participate in our training, internship, or placement services, you represent that:

  • You possess a genuine interest or qualification in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, biotechnology, commerce, or related healthcare fields.

  • All information you submit (contact details, academic qualifications, mark sheets, and employment history) is authentic and verifiable.

  • You meet the prerequisite foundational language and computer skills necessary to undergo digital medical billing and coding coursework.

4. Application Veracity & Genuine Documentation

Integrity is paramount in the healthcare and RCM sectors. When applying for internships, licensing assistance, or job openings:

  • You strictly agree not to submit forged, falsified, or misleading educational certificates, fake experience letters, or altered identification records.

  • If any submitted document is discovered to be fraudulent or tampered with, Alif RCM reserves the right to immediately terminate your enrollment or candidacy without refund, cancel licensing applications, and, if required, report the matter to respective regulatory authorities (such as DataFlow or official health authorities).

5. UAE Internship & Training Program Guidelines

For candidates admitted into our classroom or virtual internship cohorts:

  • Attendance & Participation: Regular attendance, punctuality, active participation, and completion of assigned medical coding charts and assignments are required to qualify for completion certificates.

  • Simulated EHR Data Access: In training modules, you may be given temporary access to simulated practice EHRs, anonymized coding software, and chart exercises. You agree to use these tools solely for educational practice and never attempt to alter, scrape, or extract system data.

  • Certification of Completion: Certificates of completion are awarded solely to students who meet the required attendance thresholds, pass practical coding assessments, and fulfill project milestones.

6. DHA / DOH / MOH Licensing & DataFlow Assistance

Alif RCM provides professional consulting, document formatting, and administrative support to facilitate UAE healthcare licensing:

  • Consulting Role: We act as an advisory and procedural facilitation partner. We assist you in compiling documents, creating accounts, uploading files to DataFlow, and scheduling Prometric exam dates.

  • Government Autonomy: Official licensing decisions, primary source verification results (DataFlow reports), exam evaluations, and professional license issuances are made solely and independently by the respective UAE government bodies (DHA, DOH, MOH, and DataFlow Group).

  • No Passing or Approval Guarantee: Alif RCM cannot and does not guarantee that a candidate will pass their Prometric examination or that an authority will grant a license. Candidate preparation, prior academic background, and examination performance are solely your responsibility.

7. Placement Assistance & Employment Disclaimer

We are passionate about launching careers, and we actively connect our students with hiring clinics, hospitals, and RCM companies in Kerala, across India, and in the UAE. However:

  • No Guarantee of Employment: Enrollment in any internship, training cohort, or licensing program does NOT guarantee automatic employment or placement with Alif RCM or any partner hospital/clinic.

  • Hiring Discretion: Final hiring selections, interview results, salary offers, visa sponsorships, and employment contracts are at the sole, independent discretion of the recruiting employers.

  • Candidate Effort: Career success depends upon your interview performance, coding assessment scores, professional conduct, communication skills, and market demand.

8. Fees & Refund Policy

  • Program Fees: Training, mentorship, and licensing service fees will be clearly communicated before enrollment. All fees must be settled according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Third-Party & Government Charges: Fees charged by external examination bodies (e.g., AAPC, Prometric) or verification agencies (e.g., DataFlow, DHA, DOH, MOH) are independent regulatory costs. These fees are collected on behalf of or paid directly to the respective authorities and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Refund Terms: Once a training batch has commenced, batch seats have been allocated, or licensing verification files have been initiated, training and consulting fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as significant operational resources and mentor time are committed.

9. Training Materials & Intellectual Property

All study guides, practice charts, medical coding summaries, presentation decks, training videos, ATS resume templates, and mock test question banks provided by Alif RCM are proprietary educational assets:

  • They are licensed strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational study.

  • You agree NOT to record, screen-capture, redistribute, publish on Telegram/WhatsApp/social media, resell, or commercially distribute any Alif RCM training materials.

  • Violation of this section may lead to immediate revocation of student status and civil legal action for copyright infringement.

10. Candidate Privacy & Data Protection (India & UAE)

We respect the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with Indian information technology laws, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), and UAE privacy regulations:

  • Your resume, contact information, marks cards, and identification files are collected solely for the purposes of evaluating your application, training coordination, licensing processing, and sharing with prospective employer healthcare organizations.

  • We do not sell candidate contact information to unauthorized third-party commercial marketing aggregators.

  • You may request the update or deletion of your profile from our placement pool by emailing us at info@alifrcmsolutions.com.

11. Student & Candidate Code of Conduct

Students and job seekers interacting with our staff, faculty, fellow peers, and hiring partners agree to maintain professional etiquette:

  • Respectful, polite, and constructive communication across classrooms, WhatsApp groups, virtual webinars, and email exchanges.

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, hate speech, abusive language, or fraudulent claims.

  • Punctuality and professional decorum during interviews arranged with partner employers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alif RCM Solutions, its mentors, directors, and staff shall not be held liable for:

  • Any delays, rejections, or negative reports issued by third-party verification bodies (DataFlow) or government authorities (DHA, DOH, MOH).

  • Failure of a candidate to achieve passing marks on certification or licensing exams.

  • Rejection of employment applications by third-party healthcare facilities or changes in visa regulations in India or the UAE.

  • Any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this Website or reliance on general blog/informational posts.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by:

  • For all training enrollments, academic courses, local job applications, and operations based in India: The laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala.

  • For licensing and candidate processing services performed within the UAE: The applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local jurisdiction of the emirate concerned.
